Payment Methods

  We accept all Valid Visa and MasterCard credit cards. You must have the card present to use it. 
  
• Interact
  We accept Interact payments made in person. 
  
• Personal Checks
  We accept Personal Checks on renovation services only. 
   

Payment Policy

All payments are due in accordance with the payment terms as detailed in the sales order/renovation contract.  Credit card payment processed as per pre-authorized instructions are irrevocable unless written notice indicating change of payment form is presented at least 48 hours prior to payment processing date. We reserve the right to accept or NOT to accept payment by cheqes.

You agree to pay all value added, sales and other taxes  related to the Service(s) provided to you hereunder. All payments of fees for the Service(s) provided by RENOCanada shall be made in Canadian dollars. All sums due and payable that remain unpaid after any applicable cure period herein will accrue interest as a late charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is less.

Chargebacks

Any credit card payment chargeback's will be assessed an administration charge $100 in addition to any other credit card issuer handling/transaction fees. Re-presentment of payment must be by cash, bank draft or certified cheque.

Disputes

Any payment dispute related to a credit card transaction must be made in writing indicating date of payment processing, amount and reason for dispute. Any dispute that cannot be reasonably settled to the satisfaction of both the customer and RENOCanada will be settled by an (arbitrator) arbitration panel consisting of  3 persons. Each party (customer and company) will select one individual and the third person will be selected by  agreement of both the customer and RENOCanada. Decisions of the arbitrator will be binding to all parties.
