Quality Control - Installed Services Co-ordinator
Do you have a keen eye for quality workmanship? Are you organized and detail oriented?

Our installation department needs an on-site, quality control specialist. With the growing number of installed transactions in progress, we have created a new role for our recently expanded installed service offerings.
If you have experience in the home improvement industry and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, this opportunity is for you.
We are looking for a quality control manager who can plan, organize, direct and control the installation process. This individual will need to plan, prepare work back construction schedules and supervise installation activities in real time environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be proficient in writing progress reports and liaison with the customer to enhance the "overall" installed experience.
- Find "deficiencies" and any other construction related issues and plan for the immediate remedy.
- Assist with the eventual completion and tidy up of the project and conduct an intensive 30 point inspection with the homeowner to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for identifying and rewarding any team members that demonstrate great customer care and workmanship.
- Accounting duties will consist of keeping track of all accounting/collection activities. You will report to the comptroller for progress, benchmark and final payments and any other collection matters related to the renovation project.

RENOCanada requires a Retail Plumbing Fixtures/Hardware Sales Representative at our Etobicoke Inspiration Center in the Dundas and Royal York area. We offer competitive wages and benefits.
To be considered for this opportunity, you need to have a minimum of 2 years retail selling experience, preferably in a plumbing/home improvement showroom environment. You must have knowledge of plumbing and hardware fixtures. You must also be able to work well within a team environment and independently as required and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Be proactive in procuring retail sales and assist sales team with customer inquiries and general administrative support
. Create purchase orders to maintain inventory, keep stock of inventory for the parts counter and manage shipping and receiving of products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Assist sales team with customer inquiries and general administrative support
. Receive incoming requests for in-home consultations and related support from customers via telephone, e-mail or fax
. Record clients interactions in database, attaching documentation when required
. Respond to clients inquires, including clarifying problems and applying analytical ability to resolve problems
. Will resolve the majority of calls upon first contact, if the call is complex or cannot be resolved within the defined timeframes, uses judgment to direct the call to the appropriate manager
. Liaise with General, Regional Managers or franchise operator to effectively solve customer concerns effectively and with a sense of urgency
. Demonstrate excellent customer follow up
. Generate detailed reports based on customer interaction with makeover specialist
. Analyze and generate reports based on trends or commonalities of the issues
. Provide reports for the executive team summarizing issues
. Make recommendations to improve processes
. Create and submit letters, vouchers, certificates, etc. as required

Inspiration Centre Sales Manager
Reporting to the principal dealer(s), you will be responsible for day-to-day supervision, management of the sales and installation team.
You will be responsible for the implementation of sales programs and achievements of sales targets; analysis and revisions and recommendations to enhance customer service (installed sales program); participation in recruiting and training of new hires and design and implementation of incentive programs as well as appropriate reporting to comptroller-retail operations.
You bring to this challenge a college/university diploma-degree from a business discipline; minimum 3 years industry specific experience, advanced computer skills as well as a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
